Summary:
Over 16 years of military experience and skilled in project management, aircraft maintenance, and ground operations, with a demonstrated record of successfully leading teams and delivering results in fast-paced and high-pressure environments. Fluent in English and Bengali, with intermediate proficiency in Hindi and basic knowledge of Russian and Ukrainian. Completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Aviation Management (commenced). Trained in various courses at Air Forces of USA, India and Bangladesh, related to aerospace technology, project planning and management, and air warfare. Now working to prepare masterplan of the first ever Aviation and Aerospace related university in the region.

  1. Received the prestigious Chief of Air Staff Trophy for demonstrating the best all-round performance among the commissioning officers’ batch.
  2. Awarded two Chief of Air Staff Commendation Badges for exceptional contributions, including saving a significant amount of government money by repairing aircraft locally and preparing Masterplan of a forward air force base and leading the implementation as a very young officer.
  3. Recognized with three Letters of Appreciation for valuable contributions in developing air force bases and rendering critical support in a hostile environment in Mali under the United Nations.
  4. Best Photographer, SEEN and BE SEEN National Photography Contest, 2011.
